FAQ

What areas do you service?

We are currently servicing Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, La Cañada, Glendale, La Cresenta, San Marino, Sierra Madre, and San Gabriel.

How do we request a quote/estimate?

All estimates are done and provided after a walk-through of your home and after discussing the services you will be requiring. Walk-throughs are by appointment only.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and check . Payment must be made with cash or check only.

Do you give refunds?

No. Our services consist of manual labor, therefore it is very difficult to provide refunds. However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your clean, we will come back and fix anything you are not satisfied with as long as you call us within 24 hours after the clean was completed. Our satisfaction guarantee is voided if you opt out of a final walk-through or if you are not home to do the final walk-through at the end of the clean.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a cancellation or re-scheduadle  within 72 hours.

What is your pet policy during cleans?

If you have pets, we ask that you keep them in an isolated area during the duration of the clean if possible. This is not mandatory but this is the ensure their safety and the safety of our staff. Please make sure to mention if any of your animals are aggressive, not allowed in certain areas, if they are not allowed outside, or anything we should know about your pet so that we can make a note for our cleaning team.

Do you clean carpets, highs ceilings or outside windows?

No. We do not provide these services and we do not know if we will incorporate these services in the future.

Do you clean inside of appliances?

Cleaning inside microwaves is standard in our cleaning services. Cleaning inside the fridge and/or the oven is not included that is an extra and extra fees apply. Please note, if you have more than one oven/fridge, each is considered a separate appliance.

Do you do dishes and laundry?

No. We do not provide these services and we do not know if we will incorporate these services in the future.

Do we have to be home during the clean?

You are not required to be home during the clean. As long as we have access to every barrier of your residence it would not be a problem. During the initial walk-through, you give us a tour and let us know if there is anything we need watch out for (i.e. fragile items, broken or improperly functioning elements of your home, places you do not want cleaned, etc.) At the end of the clean, we do ask for you to be home to ensure the home is properly cleaned up to your standards and sign-off on the clean. If by chance, you cannot be there at the end, please let us know in advance.

Are you qualified to handle hazardous cleanups?

No. Our cleaning staff cannot clean up or be exposed to any hazardous compounds, materials, waste, or organisms. This includes human or pet excrements, large amounts of mold,  asbestos, carbon monoxide, glass shards/other sharp objects, extreme clutter, bug infestations, etc..

Please make sure to have any such hazards stored in the proper containment or removed by the corresponding professionals before we arrive. If any of these things are present during the initial walk-through or during any point in the clean, we will be forced to cancel the clean immediately.

My A/C broke. Will you still be able to complete the clean?

 California can get very hot, especially during the summer. Cleaning is a physically demanding job, therefore we ask that you please make sure that your property is at a cool and livable temperature when our team arrives. This is to ensure the safety of our staff as well as the best quality and efficiency of your clean. If you do not have the means to keep your home cool, we may have to cancel the job upon arrival.

 My water and power is not working, will you still be able to complete the clean?

No. Water and power are essential to providing a quality job with the utmost efficiency. If you do not have water or power, we would not be able to do an efficient job and will have to cancel or re-schedule the clean.

 We will have other working professionals in the home during the clean. Will this be a problem?

Yes. Unfortunately, it will hinder both our progress and the other worker’s progress if we try to work around each other. This could dramatically impact the quality and timing of the job. We would not feel confident that we can provide our best work which could lead to unmet expectations. For this reason, we would have to cancel or re-schedule the clean.
